If you do not have a library card and live in Clay County, and want to
access our online resources you can receive an internet only card that
will be good for 3 months. Email us at libraryinfo@spenceriowacity.com. We will contact you by phone. We will need your full
name, date of birth, street address, telephone number and email
address. We will issue you a card number and PIN with which you will
be able to view magazines, download ebooks, audiobooks and more. The
card will expire in three months. To transfer this card to a permanent
card you simply need to come to Spencer Public Library with a Photo
ID and proof of address when we resume regular hours. We hope you are
